Visibility Conditions are used when you would like to tailor specific pages to specific people. An example of this would be that you don't want a Child Sponsor in their Dashboard to see a page made for Missionaries. You can see visibility restrictions when editing the page publishing settings, all the way at the bottom. You can also restrict access to certain pages using these visibility conditions, so if there is someone that should be seeing something but isn't due to these restrictions, then this can be remedied by adding the user needing to see the pages to the appropriate user group.
