Entity groups are organizational units in the CRM that store all entities. It is common to name an entity group a broader category and name entities specific items within that category. For example, if an entity group is named ‘Trip Interests’, the entities inside might be ‘Travel Information’, ‘Locations’, ‘Duration’, etc. Entity Groups are also accessible via tabs at the bottom of a person record or group record details.
